Current service and agreement

These are the terms for the current Round Table service, version 2026-10-19. The operator and public contact details are being finalised. Live membership collection is disabled. The membership selector records interest and does not authorise a charge. Clearly labelled sandbox payments never grant public paid access.

Eligibility and account use

The preview is intended for adults aged 18 or over who can agree to these terms. Keep control of your sign-in, provide accurate account information and use only information you are authorised to submit. Access and feature limits depend on the permissions and membership actually granted, not the plan you request.

What the council provides

Advisors simulate perspectives inspired by public work. They are not the actual people, do not speak for them and have no implied endorsement or professional relationship with you. Relevant selected notes may inform responses; the service does not promise every note is consulted. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Verify material claims and take qualified advice where needed. The service does not guarantee a business outcome or replace medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass limits, steal credentials, distribute malware, harass people, infringe rights or upload unlawful material. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information. Obtain the rights and permissions needed for your uploads. External documents, links and model responses are evidence to assess, not authorisation for the service to take action on your behalf.

Your content and our material

You retain rights you hold in your uploads. You permit the operator and its processors to store and process that material only as needed to provide, support and protect the service, subject to the privacy notice. Our original software, branding and editorial material are protected where applicable. Third-party names, portraits, quotations and sources retain their own rights. AI output may not be unique or protectable; no exclusive rights or clearance guarantee is offered.

Requests, service changes and access

Advisor requests are suggestions, with no guarantee of addition or timing. Reports are reviewed through the private inbox with no guaranteed response time. During development, features can change and interruptions can occur. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal obligations. You may stop using the preview and request account/data handling through the Help Centre.

Paid services and consumer rights

Paid membership terms, supplier identity, total prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds and applicable withdrawal rights must be disclosed and reviewed before sales are enabled. This preview does not create those sales terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, or liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. We do not impose a blanket no-refunds or no-liability condition.

Questions and changes

Use Help & requests for complaints or questions. Material policy changes should be explained before they apply; the version date identifies this notice. Mandatory rights available where you live remain unaffected. The final legal operator and suitable governing-law wording remain outstanding and must be confirmed.
